Built in Brooklyn.
Forged for New York.

Renovation NYC is a full-service general contracting firm started in 2008 out of a 900-square-foot Greenpoint shop. Eighteen years and 247 projects later, we're still hand-picking the carpenters, masons, electricians and finishers who put work on the wall.

We work on pre-war buildings that don't forgive shortcuts and new construction that demands them. Whatever the address, the standard is the same — the kind of work that survives the next thirty winters.

  • NYC DOB licensed · GC #2310451-A
  • Fully bonded & insured · $5M GL, $2M umbrella
  • LEED-AP on staff · sustainable build options
